How to Apply for a Canada Visa

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before applying, determine whether you need a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). This depends on your nationality and how you are travelling to Canada. Our team will assess your eligibility and recommend the correct visa type for you.

Step 2: Create Your IRCC Account

Register on the official Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) online portal. This is where your application will be submitted and tracked. Our team will guide you through the account setup process.

Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the Canada visa application form online with your personal details, travel history, purpose of visit, and passport information. Every detail must be accurate and consistent with your supporting documents.

Step 4: Pay the Visa Fee

Pay the Canada visa application fee online through the IRCC portal. The fee varies depending on your visa type. Our team will confirm the correct amount for your application.

Step 5: Submit Your Documents & Biometrics

Upload your supporting documents through the IRCC portal. If required, you will also need to submit biometrics at a designated Visa Application Centre (VAC). Send scanned copies to Miktraveluae@gmail.com with your Booking Reference Number for our team to review before submission.

Step 6: Receive Your Visa

Once approved, your Canada visitor visa will be stamped in your passport or issued as an eTA linked to your passport. We will keep you updated throughout the processing period.
