By booking any travel service through our website, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website and official platforms.

1. Pricing

MIK Travel & Tours strives to offer competitive and economical pricing along with the convenience of online and remote bookings. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are on a per person basis and do not include tips to guides or drivers, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, meals or beverages not mentioned, room services, or personal expenses such as laundry.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline fares, hotel rates, government taxes, or transportation costs.

2. Methods of Payment

We accept major payment methods including credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment channels. Full payment is required to confirm any booking. By providing payment details, the customer authorizes MIK Travel & Tours to process the transaction accordingly, which will reflect on the customer’s bank or card statement.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation serves as proof of payment and booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal and travel-related information provided at the time of booking is accurate.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation

  • Each tour, activity, hotel, or service has its own cancellation policy, which must be reviewed before booking.

  • Cancellation charges are applied according to the respective service provider’s rules.

  • Visa fees are non-refundable once processing has started.

  • In case of bundled or combined services, cancellation of one service may void any promotional or discounted pricing, and remaining services will be charged at individual rates.

4.2 No-Show

  • Failure to appear for any confirmed service will result in no refund, whether partial or full.

  • This applies to tours, hotel stays, transfers, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

  • Rescheduling is not permitted for no-show cases.

5. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Upon receipt, MIK Travel & Tours will confirm the cancellation and inform the customer of applicable charges. MIK shall not be responsible for any cancellation request that is not received or confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments

Tour routes, schedules, and services may be modified due to weather conditions, airline schedule changes, local regulations, or other operational reasons. Where possible, suitable alternatives of similar value will be offered, subject to availability. Minor changes may be made at any time without compensation. No refunds will be provided in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

7. Hotel Accommodation 

If the selected hotel is unavailable, MIK Travel & Tours reserves the right to arrange an alternative accommodation of similar category and standard. Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by hotel policy. Early or late check-in/check-out requests are subject to hotel approval, and MIK shall not be held responsible if such requests are declined.

8. Travel Insurance

MIK Travel & Tours shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from accidents, illness, injury, loss of baggage, or trip cancellation. Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.

9. Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, identification documents, and compliance with immigration and health regulations. No refunds will be provided for failure to carry valid travel documents or for entry refusal by immigration authorities.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

All website content, including logos, images, package details, pricing, and text, is the property of MIK Travel & Tours. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of website content is strictly prohibited.

11. Delivery & Compliance Policy

MIK Travel & Tours does not provide services or products to individuals or entities from countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
