How to Apply for a Schengen Visa

Step 1: Choose the Right Embassy

You must apply at the embassy of the country that is your main destination in Europe. If you are visiting multiple countries for an equal number of days, apply at the embassy of your first point of entry. Our team will help you identify the correct embassy for your trip.

Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the Schengen visa application form with your personal details, travel itinerary, purpose of visit, and passport information. All details must be accurate and consistent with your supporting documents.

Step 3: Pay the Visa Fee

Pay the standard Schengen visa fee at the embassy or visa application centre. The fee is fixed across all Schengen countries for the same visa type. Our team will guide you on the payment process.

Step 4: Book Your Biometrics Appointment

Schedule an appointment at the relevant embassy or visa application centre to submit your biometrics — fingerprints and a photograph. This is required for first-time Schengen visa applicants and must be done in person.

Step 5: Submit Your Documents

Step 6: Receive Your Visa
