Documents Required for Your Dubai Visa
We believe in being upfront about what you’ll need. Here’s a clear breakdown:
Mandatory for All Applicants
– **Passport copy** (front & back) — minimum 6 months validity from your travel date
– **Passport-size photo** — white background, recent
– **Confirmed return air ticket & hotel booking** *(mandatory as of 19 November 2024)*

Additional Documents (When Required)
– **Bank statement** — last 6 months (may be requested by UAE Immigration)
– **Birth certificate** — required for children traveling with parents
Country-Specific Requirements
– **Pakistani nationals:** CNIC copy + passport signature page required
– **Bangladeshi nationals & selected other nationalities:** Additional documents may be requested by UAE Immigration at their discretion
If You Have a Guarantor in the UAE
Having a guarantor in the UAE can make the process even easier. You’ll need to provide:
– Guarantor’s passport copy & UAE visa (minimum 3 months validity)
– Guarantor’s Emirates ID copy
– Guarantor’s contact number and email address
If You Don’t Have a Guarantor
For selected nationalities, a **refundable immigration security deposit** may apply. You’ll always be informed about this before we begin processing your application — no surprises.
The security deposit is fully refunded once the applicant exits the UAE, or converts the visa to a residence or employment visa (subject to submission of proof).

– Approved visas must be used within their stated validity period and only for the approved duration of stay.
– Final entry approval at UAE airports remains at the discretion of UAE Immigration officers.
– Any overstay fines or legal penalties are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
– Visa rules, fees, and documentation requirements are subject to change as per UAE Immigration regulations.
